Shipping policy
Welcome to the Clean Ink™ family. We are proud to be 100% Australian-owned and operated, shipping all orders directly from our headquarters in Melbourne, Victoria.
1. Order Processing Times
• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on business days are generally dispatched the same day.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Victorian public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to peak periods or courier delays beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Damaged or Lost Items
Clean Ink™ is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at info@cleaninkco.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
• Include your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can resolve this for you immediately.
5. International Shipping
We are excited to offer worldwide shipping for the Clean Ink™ community!
• Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to New Zealand, the USA, the UK, and Europe. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for a custom quote.
• Delivery Estimates: * New Zealand: 5–10 business days.
• Rest of World: 10–21 business days.
• International Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Clean Ink™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Incorrect Address / Re-delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-delivery fee may apply.
